Our projects
Hathaway is actively assembling strategic development sites across the UK.
Acquisitions to date include the construction of a prime industrial development site and a purpose built self-storage facility in Beckton, as well as securing detailed planning consent for 12 employment units on a prime vacant site in Wokingham. Providing exposure to both the London and Thames Valley logistics markets.
As part of its strategic move into the life sciences sector, Hathaway has also acquired a prime vacant office building in Bracknell. The property will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment to become the headquarters of an established German life sciences corporation.
Further strengthening its development portfolio, Hathaway recently acquired a 2.5-acre prime development site in Crawley with plans to deliver a £28m GDV logistics scheme. A planning application has been submitted to redevelop the site at the Manor Royal Business District into 110,000 sq ft of multi-let logistics space, alongside a pre-let bespoke self-storage unit.
