Hathaway and The Cherwell Group have acquired a prime 2.2 acre site comprising a vacant self-contained office building totalling 45,000 sq ft on Western Road, Bracknell.  The sites location provides easy access to the M4 and sits within an established business centre.

The existing building will be repurposed to provide a Life Science use class to include bespoke laboratories, cold storage and CAT A office suites and become the new Head Quarters of an established German corporation.

The project plays an important role in Hathaways ESG credentials by utilising the existing building and therefore reducing the impact on climate change and promoting sustainable design.
