Citygrove secured detailed planning permission and development funding with Hermes Pension Fund. The scheme will deliver a 137 – bed Premier Inn hotel a purpose-built community centre and a replacement church of high architectural merit in Lambeth North. The hotel is pre-let to Premier Inn.

Construction works commenced in July 2021 and are due to complete in September 2023.

Citygrove have retained Hathaway as Development Manager.
